Take Away Manager Reports to:
Director Summary of Position: At Kebab and Pizza Bar Ltd, we are looking for an experienced manager to join our team to take on full operational responsibilities of the shop including opening and closing procedures. Make daily/weekly rota to ensure Chef cover during the trading hours. Maintain the highest standard in managing the team and serving customers. Train staff and ensure food safety protocols are in place as required. Ensure all team members abide by Health and Safety legislations and guidelines. Perform basic cleaning duties and ensure the takeaway is always clean and tidy. Take orders and serve food and drinks. Work with Uber Eats, Deliveroo, and Just Eat to ensure all orders are prepared in agreed time. Manage customer concerns, allergies, and complaints. Provide support to other team members as and when required. Perform any other reasonable duties as required to fulfill business needs. Cash up and keep accurate records of daily sales and expenses. Order supplies from suppliers and keep accurate records of deliveries. Experience:
