What to Expect An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our HR team on a 12-month contract. What You'll Do Experience within a fast-paced and busy recruitment function preferable. Excellent organisation skills, and the ability to prioritise, multi-task, and manage a demanding workload on a daily basis. Avature ATS experience is desirable but not essential. Very strong Excel skills, including advanced formula skills and data manipulation – please note these may be tested as part of the selection process. Good PowerPoint skills. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, to all levels of colleagues. Basic understanding is required of recruitment practices in relation to attraction, shortlisting and interview booking/requirements. High attention to detail and accuracy of information.
