Frazer Jones has partnered with an international Law Firm to recruit an additional head count into their Talent Acquisition Team.
The successful candidate will ideally have come from the legal industry and will have a mixture of fee earning and business services recruitment experience.
The team work remotely with a requirement to be based in UK. There will be a need to travel to London a few times a quarter for team days.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Partner closely with hiring managers across fee earning and business services populations
• Manage the full life cycle of recruitment activities across all offices
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to understand future hiring needs
• Use a variety of direct sourcing techniques including LinkedIn and job boards to proactively attract and source candidates
• Work closely with external recruitment agencies and manage those relationships effectively
• Work closely with HR on offer management, contracts and onboarding processes
• Ensure a high quality of candidate experience is met
• Ensure deadlines are met and communicated effectively with hiring managers
Desired Skills and Experience:
• Experience working in Talent Acquisition within a Law Firm or applicable agency recruitment role
• Experience recruiting both business services and fee earning professionals
• Experience managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer
• Experience using direct sourcing methods, including LinkedIn
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
• Strong relationship building skills
This is a permanent full-time role. Although remote, the successful candidate must have full working rights in the UK and be based in the UK.
