As part of their commitment to excellence, they are looking for a talented and driven Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their team and play a key role in their internal recruitment strategy.

About the Job: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to make a significant impact as the company continues to expand. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the wider HR team and Hiring Managers across the business to ensure a seamless and effective recruitment process.

You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from creating compelling job adverts to delivering exceptional candidate experiences. Your expertise in talent acquisition and internal recruitment will be vital in helping the company attract and retain the best talent in the industry.

Key Duties & Responsibilities: Manage the entire recruitment process, focusing on delivering an outstanding candidate journey. Work directly with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and develop role requirements. Create comprehensive job descriptions and adverts that reflect the company's values and standards. Provide 1-to-1 coaching and classroom training sessions to Hiring Managers to enhance their recruitment capabilities. Champion competency-based interview techniques, embedding this approach across the business to ensure high-quality hiring practices. Network on various platforms to attract potential candidates and maintain a competitive position in the talent market. Support the development and optimisation of the ATS system, streamlining recruitment processes for Hiring Managers and candidates alike.

Skills & Experience Required: In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and procedures, with experience in a high-pressure internal recruitment or HR environment. Professional and confident, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build effective relationships at all levels and communicate effectively both face-to-face and in writing. Exceptional attention to detail, with strong planning and organising skills. Proficiency in IT, including the use of databases, with a collaborative mindset and a drive for continuous improvement. Flexibility to work under pressure, managing conflicting priorities and expectations effectively. Proactive and positive approach to problem-solving, with strong time management skills.
