Champion competency-based interview techniques, embedding this approach across the business to ensure high-quality hiring practices. Network on various platforms to attract potential candidates and maintain a competitive position in the talent market. Support the development and optimisation of the ATS system, streamlining recruitment processes for Hiring Managers and candidates alike. Skills & Experience Required:
In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and procedures, with experience in a high-pressure internal recruitment or HR environment. Professional and confident, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build effective relationships at all levels and communicate effectively both face-to-face and in writing. Exceptional attention to detail, with strong planning and organising skills. Proficiency in IT, including the use of databases, with a collaborative mindset and a drive for continuous improvement. Flexibility to work under pressure, managing conflicting priorities and expectations effectively. Proactive and positive approach to problem-solving, with strong time management skills. Summary:
