Develop, maintain and nurture a robust talent pipeline across key roles to support our ambitious growth goals. Build strong relationships with potential candidates, positioning our consultancy as an employer of choice. Establish innovative strategies for outreach and engagement to attract top-tier talent. Collaborate with internal teams to understand workforce needs and ensure alignment with strategic recruitment objectives. Measures of Success:

A well-maintained and engaged talent pool, ready for immediate and future hiring needs. Strong relationships with candidates, reflected in high engagement and positive feedback. Active partnerships with local talent communities, universities, and industry networks. Enhanced employer brand presence in the North of England, reflected in increased applications and positive candidate feedback. About You:

Proven experience in talent acquisition, outreach, or recruitment, specifically in the technology sector and consultancies. Skilled in sourcing and engaging candidates for technology-focused roles, with a deep understanding of the tech recruitment landscape. Experience building and nurturing talent pipelines, keeping candidates engaged for future opportunities. Strong relationship-building skills, with a passion for connecting people to meaningful opportunities. Proficient in using sourcing tools, recruitment platforms, and social media for talent acquisition. Analytical mindset, with experience in tracking outreach metrics and pipeline performance. Demonstrates creativity and innovation in attracting and engaging top-tier talent. Commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion within the talent pipeline. Familiarity with the North of England’s talent market and strong connections to local tech communities.
