to join their team. The successful candidate will be required to participate in a variety of recruitment activities so as to ensure that the organization’s talent acquisition needs are fulfilled in an efficient, effective and equitable manner. Position Responsibilities: Responsible for the full cycle recruitment activities of all permanent employees, contract and internship hiring in your specified region. Conduct pro-active sourcing activities for potential candidates through multiple channels both traditional as well as social media channels. Work closely with the Team in establishing a candidate pool for critical positions or perform pro-active sourcing for critical positions. Screen the resumes of applicants for the openings through our recruitment system for selected region or regions. Work with business partners to understand future hiring requirements and their business goals in partnership with the local HR team. Partner with hiring managers to attract and recruit talent. Manage requisitions, sourcing candidates either directly or via the Recruitment Advertising / Sourcing team, managing them through an end to end process. Evaluate the recruitment service providers as part of a team when necessary. Assist with University and internship hiring activities and partner with the local HR Team in all recruitment activities. Participate in promoting career opportunities with local Universities in partnership with local HR and Communication teams. Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the organization’s recruitment standards and business needs. Source candidates using a variety of sourcing tools including resume databases, LinkedIn and professional networks. Approach candidates about Boeing opportunities and help them understand the role and requirements. Contact candidates, arrange interview times and develop appropriate interview questions in collaboration with the hiring manager so that interviews are conducted efficiently and equitably. Present the organization at job fairs and other recruitment venues so that potential candidates have an opportunity to learn about the organization and its recruitment activities. Work with the team to monitor recruitment progress and track statistics on key talent acquisition metrics, reporting status to Business Partners, HR and Talent Acquisition Leadership systematically. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external suppliers and business partners including Recruitment Advertising and Supplier Management as well as external agencies. Duties subject to change as dictated by the business and Talent Acquisition Leadership. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Minimum of 3 years of full cycle recruitment experience in either a MNC or/and an agency. Understand end to end recruitment process, talent market and familiar with contractor, permanent and outsourcing service and channels. Covers recruitment activities primarily for selected countries in UK & Europe for Boeing Commercial BU and supports the Middle East & Africa region hiring. The allocated region can change as dictated by the business and Talent Acquisition Leadership. Fluent in English language skills (read, written, and spoken). Ability to speak Arabic would be advantageous. Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline preferred. Knowledge of recruitment system (Workday) is highly advantageous. Proficiency in other European languages would be advantageous. Have a strong track record working in Recruitment in a multinational company and/or recruiting firm is a plus. Experience in business partnering / consulting in a HR environment would be an added advantage. An aptitude for Data Interpretation / Analysis would be helpful. Work well in a team environment where recruitment activities are time bound with set objectives. Good communication and interpersonal skills with a sense of urgency. Candidate must be a self-starter with a positive attitude, high ethics, and a track record of working successfully under pressure in a time-constrained environment. A good level of accuracy is required in all aspects of the role. Able to take initiative to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner. Good knowledge of local HR Policies as they relate to the resourcing and recruitment. Typical Education/Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.). Work Authorization: This requisition is for a locally hired position in the UK. Candidates must have current legal authorization to work immediately in the United Kingdom. Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status. Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
