The TGW Northern Europe Talent Acquisition Team is looking for an experienced and proactive Recruiter to join us on a 12-month fixed-term basis to support our ambitious and challenging growth plans across the region. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles in the UK. You will also support the recruitment process for our teams across Northern Europe in Scandinavia, Lithuania, and Benelux. Working closely with hiring managers, you will ensure an exceptional candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process. You will also share the culture and values of TGW to help us stand out as an employer of choice. WHAT YOU’LL BE HANDLING

Providing advice and guidance to Hiring Managers on market conditions and recruitment best practices. Working with Hiring Managers to produce job descriptions and sourcing plans for all vacancies. Actively sourcing/headhunting candidates through CV databases and Social Media channels. Ensuring that relevant testing, appropriate to the level of role, is carried out to measure the skills and knowledge of candidates against the requirements of the job. Managing the offer process, including salary negotiations. Building and maintaining open and productive relationships with recruitment partners. Actively promoting TGW Employment Brand and values internally and externally. WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Previous experience in a fast-paced, technical recruitment role. Experience of working in an in-house recruitment environment is preferred. Professional and customer-focused approach to recruitment and selection. Confident sourcing candidates using direct methods. Strong interviewing skills. Passionate about the candidate experience and hiring the best talent for TGW. Good understanding of using Social Media and technology in recruitment. Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize in a busy environment. Flexibility to travel as and when required.
