In this exciting role, you’ll play a key part in recruiting the incredible team members who make Alton Towers one of the UK’s most-loved attractions. What You’ll Be Doing:
Sourcing and Recruiting: Assist in finding the best talent for our seasonal roles across the resort. Candidate Engagement: Provide a positive and seamless experience for all candidates, ensuring our hiring process is as magical as a day at the resort! Interview Coordination: Arrange and manage interviews and hiring events. Onboarding: Help new colleagues settle in, ensuring they’re ready to deliver unforgettable guest experiences. Employer Branding: Promote Alton Towers Resort as a fantastic place to work through social media, events, and campaigns. What We’re Looking For:
A natural communicator who enjoys working with people and building relationships. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with recruitment tools or ATS systems is a plus, but we’ll provide training if you’re eager to learn!
