We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us on a 12 month FTC. In this role, you will drive the full recruitment cycle, develop robust talent pipelines, and play a key part in sourcing exceptional talent that aligns with organisational goals. Role & Responsibility

Manage and optimise end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition to onboarding. Proactively source and attract high-calibre candidates through diverse channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and recruitment events). Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Conduct detailed interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights, guidance, and regular updates throughout the hiring process. Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Ensure hiring decisions align with the company’s strategic goals and culture. Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to enhance recruitment strategies. Develop job descriptions and job postings to attract the right talent. Promote and strengthen the company’s employer brand through networking, social media engagement, and attending relevant industry events. Position the company as an employer of choice within the finance and consultancy sectors. Stay up to date on trends in the finance and consultancy sectors, including talent availability, salary benchmarks, and hiring challenges. Offer market insights to inform hiring strategies and business decisions. The ideal candidate will have:

4+ years of talent acquisition experience, with a focus on Capital Markets, Finance and/or Consultancy roles. Proven success in managing full recruitment lifecycles, from sourcing to placement. Strong knowledge of finance and consultancy industries, including relevant roles, skills, and market trends. Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Proficient in candidate sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter). Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics and reporting. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in talent acquisition or HR are a plus. What we Offer:
