As our in-house Talent Acquisition Consultant, you’ll be responsible for our full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process. We’re seeking a proactive individual with strong stakeholder skills, who thrives working to deadlines and managing multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with stakeholders across all 3 brands and our Group Corporate function to identify hiring needs in London, Hertfordshire, Dublin, US, and South Africa. Support with the creation of job descriptions for sales through to marketing and finance and ensure all roles are advertised across our job posting platforms. Source potential candidates through use of our online tech stacks including LinkedIn Recruiter and Sourcewhale. Pre-screen all candidates and co-ordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders. Manage R2R relationships and support in the circulation of relevant profiles to the correct stakeholders, interview management, and offer negotiation. Ensure all candidates and progress are logged through the use of our ATS. Preparation of offer letter presentations and managing offer negotiation. Support with preparation of contracts and onboarding. Lead employer branding initiatives and personal brand awareness via LinkedIn and socials. Provide competitor and market analysis. Provide necessary internal hiring information for MDs prior to board meetings and support in actioning any follow-up actions post board. Nurture long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. Collaborate with other business units to support our brand perception through our internal culture, our EEGs, community groups, and external marketing. Drive Talent Acquisition initiatives to support hiring needs.

Requirements and Skills

Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and candidate tracking through an ATS. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various sourcing methods, candidate qualification, interview management, and offer negotiation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations. Strong organization and prioritization skills.
