Talent Acquisition Consultant

at LRQA, you will be responsible for providing guidance as a subject matter expert and helping to develop and implement Talent Acquisition strategies, build relationships with key stakeholders, and handle complex recruitment challenges by leveraging Talent Insights. Closing date: 4th February 2025 We may choose to close the advert earlier due to a high volume of applications. How will you make a difference? Partner with internal customers to understand their Talent Acquisition needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Complete detailed job scope conversations with internal customers to determine needs Use effective sourcing strategies to find active and passive talent pools Manage relationships by providing frequent and meaningful updates Share market insights to help educate on available talent pools Manage multiple requisitions Work as part of a larger global team What will you bring? Significant experience in Talent Acquisition in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated success in an RPO environment and/or in-house Experience within a technical environment or another complex sector/industry Experience using Boolean or x-ray sourcing techniques Ability to manage stakeholders with a service delivery and client-focused mindset Data-focused with the ability to think strategically in the context of Talent Acquisition and leverage Talent insights to drive decision-making High level of professionalism and confidentiality Prior experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS platforms Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organisational skills Resilient to navigate challenges and drive success Diversity and Inclusion at LRQA: We are on a mission to be the place where we all want to work and are passionate about embracing different perspectives because we understand the value this brings to our business, clients, and each other.
