As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will build a database of best-in-class talent in accordance with the HR plan and recruitment strategy, engaging talent through various social media channels, job boards, and professional networks. You will build and maintain candidate relationships, communicate interview information, and ensure a positive candidate experience. You will report directly to the Head of People and Culture. Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a database of best-in-class candidates in accordance with the HR plan and recruitment strategy. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and assist with screening candidates. Identify matches between job roles and potential candidates through direct approaches and networking opportunities. Communicate interview details and help develop a positive candidate experience. Maintain recruitment-related documents and candidate records in line with GDPR and other relevant legislation. Share candidate feedback following internal recruitment policy. Utilize extensive contacts to headhunt for senior posts and specialist positions. Represent the company positively at all times. Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Business degree in administration or a related field with a minimum of 5 years industry experience. Proven track record of success in recruitment. Target-oriented mindset. Willingness to travel within the UK if necessary. Ability to work beyond normal hours to organize interviews, screen candidates, and meet deadlines. Strong team player with the ability to work independently. Effective problem-solving skills. Reliable and accountable in the role. Confident, proactive, and organized approach to work. Adaptability to different situations. Strong knowledge of relevant legislation to avoid discrimination in the recruitment process. Renumeration Package
