Talent Acquisition Coordinator

to support the talent acquisition team in sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent for a variety of roles across the organization, including full-time, freelance, and part-time positions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving recruitment efforts, helping to streamline processes, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for candidates. Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Team Lead, this position offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the company by identifying and securing the best talent for diverse business needs. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility with two days in the office and three days where you can choose your preferred work location. Your Contributions Utilize our applicant tracking system to create and manage job postings Provide administrative support to schedule interviews for hiring managers and candidates Support the Talent Acquisition Team in providing the best candidate experience to successful and unsuccessful applicants Provide direct sourcing using FIRST’s CRM database and external sources (e.g., LinkedIn) sourcing diverse talent and managing active candidate pools for both permanent and freelance opportunities Serve as the main point of contact between freelancers and event management teams Process freelancer contracts and agreements as requested by the business, ensuring they comply with company policies and legal requirements Oversee the contracting process for freelancers via the Worksome platform Support the Talent Partners by reviewing resumes and applications to identify the best candidates Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidate suitability where required Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process where required Seek new ways to attract a diverse pool of talent Assist Talent Partners with research related to new recruiting tactics, systems, benchmarking, etc. Carry out ad hoc tasks related to the recruitment process Support the maintenance of documentation relating to recruiting and onboarding candidates Oversee the Talent Acquisition mailbox What We Are Looking For 1+ years recruiting coordination experience in a fast-paced environment Comfortable managing a high volume of requests from Talent Partners, hiring managers, and candidates Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with a focus on time and expectation management and to take an autonomous approach to your work while also being able to raise concerns or questions as needed Strong communication skills as you’ll be working closely with our candidates to give them a great experience and to create a seamless recruitment process for our hiring managers/interviewers Administration & General Build excellent relations with the team through positive communications FIRST is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
