Full time | On site We are excited to be partnering closely with Ilarna, a UK-based healthcare platform committed to connecting individuals in need of care with highly skilled Care Professionals. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for a variety of roles with Ilarna (these roles will preferably be Personal Assistants and Care Professionals to support individuals who will be joining Ilarna as their care provider). The role will focus on internal recruitment and in-house hiring processes. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified healthcare professionals for various roles. Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and partnerships with educational institutions to build a strong candidate pipeline. Screening and Interviewing:
Conduct initial screening interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and present a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers. Collaboration:
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and organizational needs to tailor recruitment efforts effectively. Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to final offer. Job Postings:
Write and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract suitable candidates. Employer Branding:
Promote the company’s brand and values to attract high-quality candidates and enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice. Compliance:
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards. Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition. Requirements: A passion for recruitment, and preferable experience in talent acquisition or recruiting. Strong knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, terminology, and hiring challenges. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
