Role & Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers, HR teams, and external partners from diverse industries to facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the timely acquisition of qualified and suitable candidates to meet the hiring needs of our clients. Familiar with utilizing job portals, social media, professional networks, and leveraging the talent pool to identify potential candidates. Perform the initial hiring process, which includes sourcing and screening potential candidates for clients’ evaluation. Assist clients in conducting contract briefing and onboarding of potential candidates. Generate recruitment reports for the reporting manager. General administrative functions such as WP application, offer letters, contracts, SOP, etc. Handle large-scale recruitment projects (local and overseas). Provide career counseling when necessary. Requirements Experienced in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Minimum Diploma with at least 1-2 years in HR functions such as recruitment and staffing. Applicants with CEI certification are at an advantage. Highly adaptable in a fast-paced and high-volume hiring environment. Able to multitask between different responsibilities and handle urgent work assignments. A meticulous team player who can work under minimal supervision. Only for Singaporeans.
