Operating in 29 countries and over 150 theme parks and attractions in partnership with key industry players, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our UK team, based at our Global Head Office in Denbighshire with occasional travel across UK sites. This role would suit someone who has knowledge and expertise with the end to end employee life cycle to include strong recruitment and selection, employee benefits, onboarding and contract preparation, with involvement of some aspects of HR. Experience of Applicant Tracking Software would be an advantage. A strong communicator and demonstrable ability to build strong relationships, the role reports to the HR Manager (UK) with a competitive salary, with an attractive benefits platform. The interview process will be three stages. An initial interview with the HRM to include a short presentation, a second interview with one of the key operational stakeholders and a third interview with the Head of Global HR. Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes to attract top talent. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirement needs and ensure timely and effective recruitment. Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit. Manage the hiring process from start to finish, including offers and onboarding process. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement. Conducting DBS and Referencing checks Manage and implementation of probation process Person Specification: Minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
