As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we attract, engage, and retain exceptional talent across the business. Working closely with our People team and hiring managers, you will provide expert guidance on recruitment strategies, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and enhance our employer brand. Our 600 people-strong team spans 11 offices across England and Scotland and our Talent team is responsible for hiring solutions across all sites. With ambitious growth plans to double the size of our business by 2030, the Talent Acquisition team will play an integral role in this expansion. Working at pace, with professionalism and passion for recruitment is essential! This role will be based in Cambridge with occasional travel to other offices. What you’ll be doing:

Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across all levels and disciplines. Lead senior and executive-level search and selection campaigns with precision and creativity. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent. Screen candidates, conduct interviews and run assessment centres (where needed). Craft and negotiate compelling offers that secure the best talent. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide expert recruitment advice. Promote Bidwells’ employer brand through various channels, including social media, careers events, and campaigns. Maintain and build relationships with external organisations to inspire careers in real estate for students and graduates. Oversee and support our Talent Acquisition Coordinator with our work experience and Graduate recruitment programmes. Minimise reliance on agencies by building direct hiring pipelines and negotiating key relationships when necessary. Provide regular recruitment metrics, insights and monthly reports to inform hiring decisions. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process and our work experience programme, working closely with our Head of People to run inclusive initiatives for marginalised groups. Collaborate with the People team to deliver seamless offer and onboarding experiences. Manage relationships with key Account Managers at Linkedin, Hireful and Indeed. About You

Proven experience in internal talent acquisition, ideally within a professional services or real estate environment. A strong ability to juggle multiple priorities – we run up to 45 live roles at a time, so working smart is key! Strong knowledge of current recruitment practices and sourcing techniques including extensive knowledge of Linkedin recruiter. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. A proactive and creative mindset, always seeking ways to enhance recruitment outcomes. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics. Hireful and Cezanne experience is desirable but not essential. Absolute commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
