A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a part of our UKI Talent Acquisition team, you will recruit talents for business divisions, identifying, targeting and headhunting candidates, whose skills, values and potential are in tune with L'Oréal's requirements and values. Cooperate with hiring managers in selection processes participating in the definition of requirements and drafting of profiles in different areas of business. Implement and use various sourcing solutions, with a preference for digital and direct sourcing. Screen CVs and recognize the candidates that have the most potential of becoming our future colleagues. Conduct qualitative interviews to assess candidates competencies and professional aspirations. Develop a high-quality candidate experience: monitoring target candidates, informing candidates regularly of progress. Complete and constantly monitor recruitment reports and KPIs and make suggestions for improvements. Keep up with trends on various topics linked to recruitment & competitors activities. Develop and promote employer brand (EVP) by representing the company at events linked to recruitment. WHO YOU ARE

We're looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and responsible individual to join our team! Our ideal candidate: Must-have of relevant work experience in recruitment function. Has a passion for inclusion with experience and knowledge of hiring the best talent from the broadest talent pools. Excellent organizational skills with avid attention to detail and follow through. Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Willingness to learn and ability to present ideas, proactive and solution-oriented attitude. Proven ability and agility in dealing with multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. A true team player with strong collaboration skills and ability to build win-win business relationships and partnerships. A master in recruitment tools, process and data, leveraging digital sourcing and recruitment innovation - an expert in using different job portals, LinkedIn search, etc. Shows proficiency in use of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, has experience working with special Applications tracking system (Avature will be a plus). A champion of candidate experience, with an ability to build trust and effective relationships. Experienced in candidate interview and assessment methodology. WHAT WE OFFER
