We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Talent Resourcing Manager to join our team! You will play a crucial role in attracting, engaging, and retaining talent across the business. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies and the ability to tell our story in a way that highlights our culture and values. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their team's needs and craft job descriptions that emphasise what makes us an outstanding place to work. You will develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies that extend beyond traditional channels, utilising social media, networking, and community engagement. Your efforts will enhance our candidate pipeline and foster a positive experience for all applicants. Collaboration is essential in this position, as you will partner with our HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Develop and implement comprehensive talent sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and create engaging job descriptions. Utilise various platforms for sourcing candidates, including social media and job boards. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from screening applications to conducting interviews. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Analyse recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve our hiring practices. Coordinate and facilitate onboarding activities for new hires to ensure a smooth transition. Engage in employer branding initiatives to position GAP as the employer of choice in the industry. Requirements:

Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment management, ideally within a multi-site manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong understanding of sourcing and recruitment best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and trends.
