initial 6-month Fixed-Term Contract , with the potential to become permanent, as the business continues to grow rapidly. Responsibilities
As Talent Manager/Internal Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the workforce to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies. Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and employee referrals. Coordinating and conducting interviews to ensure an excellent candidate experience. Tracking recruitment metrics and providing regular updates to key stakeholders. What We're Looking For
Proven experience in recruitment, either in-house or agency. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering results. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a bonus.
