Operations Specialist
within the Talent Enablement team, you will be responsible for Processes and Ways of Working that are used by the BBC Studios Talent team. This means you will have the responsibility of reviewing and driving change across some of our most impactful processes across the Talent Team, including reviewing and leading improvements in our current Onboarding processes, and leading on enhancing our Hiring Leader capability. This role will work in close partnership with our HR Operations and HR Service teams, all parts of the Talent team, our peers in BBC Public Service, and ultimately our Candidates, People, and Hiring Leader populations to positively impact our Candidate and Employee experience. You will be responsible for: Successful build and delivery of Enablement initiatives aligned with the Operations pillar Utilising Project Management tools to track and forecast workload and delivery timelines Accurately scoping/interpreting Customer (TA and Business) requirements and feeding those through to Development teams Managing Customer (TA and Business) expectations Maintaining an accurate Roadmap of upcoming delivery dates Providing Subject Matter Expertise for TA Processes including Hiring Best Practice and Onboarding Effectively managing multiple stakeholders across the business Collaborating with BBC Tech and Compliance teams Working in partnership with BBC PSB teams regarding current and new tooling initiatives Managing relationships with relevant Customer Success teams of tools Providing TA Enablement Manager with regular updates on tooling performance Surveying and evaluating future use cases for new tooling Extensive experience as a Recruitment/TA practitioner ATS and TRM experience is highly advantageous Experience using Project Management software Confident leading stakeholder relationships Experience working in a Global capacity is advantageous Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships Understanding of all key stages of the Candidate and Employee journey LIFE AT BBC STUDIOS
