Join Our Dynamic Team as a Sales / GTM Recruiter in Amsterdam


This role is a (minimum) 6-month assignment.

As a Senior Recruiter specialising in Go-To-Market Recruiting, your mission is to deliver exceptional results and thrive in a collaborative environment.


This will be based in Amsterdam, working at the rec hub and embedded with our client.

What You’ll Do: As a Sales & GTM Recruiter, you will:

  • Source and attract top Sales and GTM talent across various disciplines, across GTM positions for our Sales teams in your location.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their unique needs and find the perfect fit.
  • Innovate and improve our recruitment processes to stay ahead in the competitive tech market.

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire candidates and clients.


Metrics and Data

  • Project: Meet or exceed project deadlines consistently.
  • Quality of Work: Maintain high quality standards against project and personal OKRs.
  • Partnership Engagement: Measure and improve team satisfaction and engagement levels with our partners.


Qualifications

  • Evidence of a proven skill set in a high accountability role within talent acquisition as an individual contributor in Sales/GTM recruiting for 4+ Years
  • Capable of delivering hiring from start to finish i.e. Role calibration, kicking off new requirements, managing multiple passive and active sources of candidates, coordinating interviews and feedback.
  • Deep understanding of offer management and how to impact the outcome.
  • Strong track record of driving high-performance teams and achieving exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Business Fluent in Spanish and English


This is a hybrid position, working from the office for 2 days.
