Role Summary

The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best talent across the Celnor Group. This individual will oversee recruitment efforts, manage the ATS system, and partner with business units to provide expert advice on recruitment strategies. The role is predominantly remote but requires occasional travel to our London Head Office and various business units.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Operations

Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across the Celnor Group, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Implement, maintain, and optimise the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand recruitment needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.

Advise on recruitment best practices, including job advertising, selection processes, and candidate engagement.

Build relationships with external talent solution providers.

Candidate Experience

Manage all touchpoints of the candidate journey to ensure a positive experience.

Conduct preliminary first-round interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process.

Draft compelling job descriptions and post advertisements on platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.

Represent Celnor’s brand to attract top talent.

Compliance & Administration

Draft offer letters, ensuring compliance with Celnor’s policies.

Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports within the ATS.

Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and talent pipelines.

Develop and maintain a network of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

Collaboration & Communication

Adapt communication styles to engage with diverse stakeholders across business units.

Provide insights and updates to the People Director and hiring managers.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a multi-unit organisation.

TICC experience is preferable but not essential.

Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.

Skills

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Able to work at pace and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Skilled in negotiation and ‘selling’ opportunities to candidates.
