Talent Acquisition Partner

on a fixed term basis (6 months) to join our Global Talent Acquisition team to recruit and manage recruitment in Europe including the DACH region. If you have solid networking skills, enjoy relationship building, know how to source on social media and enjoy learning about different roles, then this is the position for you! Ultimately, you will be responsible for proactively identifying our hiring needs and helping us fill our vacancies. Ideally, you should be experienced in recruiting top talent across Go-to-Market, Corporate Functions, and Product Development. Role Responsibility: Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g LinkedIn, diversity job boards, Job Fairs etc) Craft and send recruiting emails to passive candidates Craft compelling social media posts for vacant positions and vacancies on the website, LinkedIn, etc. Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g Boolean search) Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs Accountable for data management and recruiting KPI’s Run the company’s Referral program effectively to get qualified and motivated candidates Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote our employer brand online and offline Maintain candidate databases (e.g via our Applicant Tracking System) Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities What we are looking for: Experience in recruiting across Europe including DACH Proven work experience as a Talent Partner or similar role Experience in recruiting for Go-to-Market and Technical/Product vacancies Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g recruiting on LinkedIn Recruiter and crafting Boolean search strings) Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday. Solid verbal and written communication skills Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates Effective time management Build and maintain excellent rapport with internal stakeholders Excellent spoken and written English What’s in it for you?
