Join our Talent Acquisition team based in Bristol as a Talent Acquisition Partner and help us to achieve our mission of pioneering electric aviation. We're looking for two tenacious Talent Acquisition Partners with a 'never give up' approach to hiring highly in-demand talent. We'll need you to identify, assess, and land some of the most sought after and highly-skilled engineering talent across the globe, to help us achieve our mission of pioneering electric aviation. About the Roles

Role 1:

Focused on Engineering and Supply Chain, with a preference for candidates experienced in recruiting Electrical Engineers or similar disciplines.

Role 2:

Centered on Manufacturing and Enabling Functions (IT, HR, Finance).

Both roles suit early-career professionals (3–5 years’ experience) with in-house recruitment expertise. What will success look like for you, as a Talent Acquisition Partner?

Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring speed and quality in delivering a seamless experience for stakeholders and candidates.

Crafting innovative sourcing strategies to attract niche talent in competitive markets.

Partnering with business leaders to influence hiring decisions using data-driven insights.

Collaborating with the People Team to address complex recruitment challenges and lead transformative projects as we scale and evolve.

Contributing to the design of future TA tools and adopting generative AI technologies to enhance recruitment efficiency.

What would we like you to bring?

Proven success in attracting and hiring specialised talent, preferably in aerospace, engineering, or emerging technologies.

Strong skills in sourcing, headhunting, and engaging niche talent, with experience in recruitment ATS/CRM systems.

Analytical ability to create compelling narratives and visual reports from recruitment data.

Passion for delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.

Experience in optimizing assessment processes or improving the candidate journey is a plus.
