You’ll be joining a global Talent Acquisition Team distributed across the UK, EU, Japan, and India with a highly collaborative team culture. This role is based in Leeds, with two days a week on-site.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment : Lead the full lifecycle recruitment process across multiple functions and geographies. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and align on candidate profiles. Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Manage the offer negotiation process and work closely with people partners to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Stakeholder Collaboration : Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their talent needs and business objectives. Provide strategic guidance on talent market trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices for talent acquisition. Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on workforce planning and talent pipelining. Employer Branding and Candidate Experience : Enhance DAZN's employer brand by actively promoting a positive, inclusive, and engaging hiring experience. Drive initiatives to attract top talent, leveraging internal channels and external platforms. Ensure timely and clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Data-Driven Recruitment : Utilise data and metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for continuous improvement. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), tracking all candidate interactions and recruitment processes. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion : Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within recruitment practices. Partner with internal teams to ensure diverse candidate pools and equitable hiring practices.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Qualifications : 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a global organisation. Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure recruitment success. Knowledge of best practices in diversity and inclusion within recruitment. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
