You’ll be a trusted partner, working alongside key stakeholders to elevate the talent acquisition strategy. EVP : Shape the talent acquisition process to position OCU Group as an employer of choice, promoting diversity and inclusion in every hire. Subject Matter Expert : Lead impactful briefing sessions with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop standout sourcing strategies, and identify opportunities to enhance the team with fresh talent. Use your market insight to stay ahead of talent availability trends. Innovative Sourcing & Candidate Engagement : Master the ATS (TeamTailor) and manage a diverse pipeline of active and passive candidates aligned with their goals. Engage with external talent through proactive outreach and platforms like LinkedIn to build and maintain a strong pipeline. Build Partnerships : Develop strong relationships with agencies and referral channels to create a steady stream of high-quality candidates. Process Management : Serve as the voice of the brand, guiding candidates through every stage of the recruitment process. You will own the approval, sourcing, and interview processes, ensuring each step aligns with business guidelines, policies, and expectations. You will need to be an independent worker, able to anticipate challenges, apply sound judgment, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
