As a

Talent Acquisition Partner , you will play a critical role in building our team by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. You’ll work closely with hiring managers within our Engineering department to understand their needs, develop recruitment strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This role will be responsible for sourcing talent in a proactive, cost-effective and sustainable way, ensuring every opportunity is taken to strengthen organisational capability. This will be done through a good mix of traditional and innovative resourcing solutions whilst building strong working relationships with functional managers and key operational stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and recruitment strategies. Proactively source candidates using a variety of methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking events. Screen and interview candidates, ensuring they align with our values and requirements. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles. Collaborate with HR and leadership to improve recruitment processes and employer branding. Stay informed about market trends and best practices in talent acquisition. What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in talent acquisition, head office recruitment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders. A results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Knowledge of employment laws and best practices. Why Join Us?
