Work with hiring managers across our Head Office to identify recruitment needs and advise best practice throughout each stage. Review CVs, screen and interview candidates. Directly sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and Indeed. Ensuring all right to work checks and hiring compliance is accurate and complete before processing offers. Delivering an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process, encouraging hiring managers to keep this in mind always. Talent Attraction/Social Media:
Writing and creating engaging content, in line with our branding, to support the overall recruitment plan, ensuring collaboration with the Internal Comms team for brand consistency. Reviewing and responding to any social comments or sentiments on our external career-focused channels. Taking accountability for understanding our audience’s behavior on key social channels and making recommendations to drive engagement and to grow our followers. Working with the Internal Comms and Marketing Team to create a suite of people assets, and where necessary organizing internal photo shoots. WHAT YOU’LL BRING
A good understanding of a retail operating environment, ideally experience of working within a store or a Retail role. Any recruitment experience is a plus; there’ll be plenty of training in the role. Experience of creative writing, creative thinking, and content creation. Strong experience with creative tools, such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva. Passion for all things social; you regularly use TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. Full UK Licence and a car so you can regularly visit our stores and warehouse for content creation. WHAT YOU’LL GAIN
