35-40k VANRATH are delighted to be working with our client in the hire of a Talent Acquisition Specialist for their growing recruitment function. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment campaigns, building strong talent pipelines, and providing strategic support to hiring managers to meet business growth needs across the UK, Ireland and Europe. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies. Source and build talent pipelines using multiple channels. Manage full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Handle international recruitment via the UKVI Skilled Worker Route. Maintain recruitment databases and produce KPI reports. Lead outreach initiatives with schools, universities, and apprenticeships. Support HR induction and process improvement projects. Essential Criteria: 3+ years' recruitment experience in construction, manufacturing, or engineering. Proven success in managing high-volume recruitment campaigns. Knowledge of "best practice" recruitment methods and online systems. 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above, including Maths and English).
