The main purpose of PERI’s Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) is to support organizational growth and long-term goals of PERI by acquiring top talent and fostering a positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams. The TAS does this by facilitating the full cycle of the recruitment process from job posting to offer in collaboration with the hiring manager. Leveraging PERI’s resources, the TAS promotes the company brand through recruitment initiatives and events. In addition, it is the responsibility of the TAS position to build strong relationships with hiring managers, applicants/candidates, and HR team members. What you'll do on a typical day:

Effectively run full life cycle for recruitment from posting to offer, which includes sourcing through various channels, resume review and screening, applicant dispositions, video/in-person interview coordination and participation, candidate recommendation, offer management, and onboarding. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with PERI's organizational goals and workforce requirements while ensuring a positive experience for applicants and candidates. Build strong and collaborative relationships with hiring managers, understanding their talent needs and priorities and cultivate positive relationships with applicants, candidates, and members of the HR team to enhance the overall recruitment experience. What you'll need to be successful:

Applicant Systems: Proficiency with social media, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and professional networks. Partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies including using their local networks to increase pipelines and align on selection criteria and interviewing/hiring process. Actively source passive applicants, using creative, innovative ways that effectively attract and engage diverse, top talent pools. Ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process, adhering to established procedures, timelines, and defined metrics to minimize overall time-to-start. Prioritize creating a positive and candidate-centric recruitment experience and ensure clear communication, timely feedback, and transparency throughout the recruitment journey. Promote and encourage diversity and inclusion in support of the company's guiding values and strategic plan. Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline. Promote PERI's employer brand through recruitment initiatives, events, and other branding activities and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice within the industry. Collaborate with HR team members to align talent acquisition strategies with broader HR initiatives and participate in HR projects focused on talent attraction and acquisition, employee engagement, and process improvement. Qualifications/Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred. Minimum five (5) years of relevant business experience, high-growth recruitment operation. Prior experience in an HR or TA role, with a proven record of growing, engaging, and developing recruitment strategies and KPIs. Track record of creating results through best-in-class TA strategies and programs for experienced hires with an equity, inclusion, diversity and anti-racism focus is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to utilizing new technology/software. Proven track record of creating and driving momentum with sourcing and networking strategies for highly competitive positions, including cold calling or other similar business development experience. Hands-on experience working with recruitment software programs such as Success Factors and UKG. What your benefits will be:
