Job Description
This role encompasses the coordination of recruitment activity across the Group for a broad variety of roles within the Engineering sector, which includes both volume recruitment and head-hunting approaches across all levels of the organization.
Working closely with and assisting the Talent Acquisition Resourcing Manager with recruitment for the Bellrock Group, you will provide effective communication between line managers, candidates, and external suppliers.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist with Bellrock, you’ll do it by:
Obtaining required paperwork for the authority to recruit and storing it on a file.
Building a relationship with line managers to assist with recruitment.
Posting job vacancies internally and externally on a variety of job boards and managing the response daily.
Pre-screening applicants through first-stage phone interviews to check suitability for the role and keeping applicants updated on the hiring process.
Using the head-hunting recruitment approach to resource candidates for senior roles and liaising with PSL agencies as required.
Shortlisting candidates against the Job Description and forwarding CVs to the relevant line manager.
Monitoring the recruitment mailbox and ad response daily.
Setting up interviews between line managers and candidates, including diary management and invites.
Notifying candidates of the interview outcome and providing feedback as required.
Assisting line managers with interviews and preparing competency-based qualifying interview templates.
Undertaking any other HR/Recruitment duties as reasonably required within the scope of the role.
What does it take?
Extensive experience in Right to Work Regulations and AWR.
Experience in both temporary and permanent recruitment.
Vast experience in volume recruitment, both white-collar and blue-collar placements.
Proven work experience in a recruitment environment.
Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting – from search and selection to onboarding.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
Working arrangements
We embrace smarter working practices, offering our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the Sheffield office two to three times a week on a hybrid basis. Working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
