With over 20 specialist services and senior living homes across the UK, we have continued plans for expansion in 2025 which has resulted in the creation of a new position of Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our internal recruitment and onboarding team based at our head office in Eton, Berkshire. Prior experience carrying out proactive candidate attraction, such as CV searching, headhunting, and networking via LinkedIn. Experience with senior/management recruitment, ideally in the healthcare sector. Exceptional communication skills: confident in conducting telephone and video calls. Strong initiative and a proactive approach: ability to work independently and autonomously. A positive influence: a true team player, a supporter and mentor of others. Organised: able to prioritise workloads effectively, work to deadlines and maintain pace and output. Comprehensive IT skills; able to use and update databases correctly and multi-task efficiently (Excel, Word, ATS, Outlook, Teams etc). Responsibilities as a Talent Acquisition Specialist: Work alongside the Resourcing Manager in sourcing and attracting management and senior-level candidates to Glenholme Healthcare. Managing and contacting applicants via our ATS system. Proactively search and select for management and senior level candidates, via CV searching, headhunting and networking recruitment methods, etc. Build and develop talent pools and networks of candidates to respond quickly to business needs. Own the candidate journey, ensuring a positive experience and driving advocacy. Utilise all available attraction channels, including social media to engage potential candidates and support Employer Branding activity. Develop compelling & visually appealing content for social media platforms including job postings, graphics, videos, to showcase our services and homes as an employer of choice. Stay close to talent acquisition trends, best practices, and any relevant changes to legislation. Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of care staff as required. Carry out pre-employment checks and ensure onboarding is compliant to CQC standards. Complete any necessary administrative duties as required.
