Working with an established and growing professional services business in the Leeds area, we are looking for a

part-time Talent Acquisition Specialist

to join their growing HR function. This opportunity is fully recruitment-focused. Reporting to the Head of HR, the role will be responsible for ensuring a thorough and effective Talent Strategy is created and implemented. Exact part-time hours to be agreed with the successful candidate but looking for someone 2-3 days a week ideally. The role is hybrid working approx. 1-2 days in the office on the edge of Leeds. The other day(s) you will be working from home. Due to the office location, having your own transport is preferred but not necessarily essential (depending on your location). Part-time, permanent contract Salary FTE £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (will be prorated accordingly) 27 days holiday plus bank holidays (will be prorated accordingly) Up to 10% matched pension Private medical Death in service Responsibilities: Strategically attracting, assessing, and hiring high-calibre candidates who align with the organisation's goals, values, and culture Partnering with hiring managers to understand specific recruitment needs Delivering an exceptional candidate experience Building and maintaining talent pipelines Managing end-to-end recruitment process Provide regular updates to stakeholders Act as an ambassador for the company’s brand Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and data protection regulations All pre-employment checks Track and analyse recruitment metrics Prepare and present recruitment reports to HR & senior management Requirements: Previous internal recruitment experience is preferred but general recruitment experience is essential (at least 3 years) You must have previous experience in creating, improving and implementing recruitment processes A proactive attitude and eagerness to support the business in providing an exceptional recruitment experience Able to use effective sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, and social media recruiting. Savvy regarding using marketing to support candidate attraction Understanding of DEI principles A keen eye for detail - ensuring all tasks are completed accurately This is a part-time, permanent role, Leeds area (LS25) based and is offering a salary of £35,000 - £45,000 FTE (experience dependent).
