Talent Acquisition Specialist Package worth up to £50,000 12 month opportunity working on a hybrid working pattern Must be happy to travel to Derby office 2 days per week Oakleaf Partnership Midlands are partnering with a well-known brand based in Derbyshire. This position is a 12 month fixed term contract role working on a hybrid working pattern, split between 2 days per week in their Derby based office, and remote working. This role will provide an end to end, consultative service to hiring managers and strategic partners to help support the business needs and deliver the highest level of candidate experience. Responsibilities:
Must be able to liaise with and manage stakeholder relationships. Must be able to manage a full end to end recruitment process, write adverts, screen candidates and offer a great level of customer service. Must have knowledge of Microsoft packages and LinkedIn Recruiter experience is desirable. Qualifications:
