At Robertson Sumner, you’ll play a vital role in connecting top IT talent with leading employers. Your responsibilities will include: Qualifying vacancies and cultivating relationships with new and existing clients. Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, our RDB CRM database, and referrals. Interviewing candidates (both phone and face-to-face) to assess their suitability for specific roles. Presenting top-quality CVs to hiring managers and handling feedback and offer negotiations. Building a pipeline of candidate interviews and client vacancies. Maintaining accurate records in our CRM and achieving monthly GP targets. Key Attributes Required
We are looking for a driven and personable individual who can bring: Previous B2B sales experience with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Strong relationship-building and influencing skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confidence in meeting clients face-to-face and presenting job opportunities.
