to join our team on a 9-month fixed-term contract to cover adoption leave. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at building strong relationships with stakeholders, this could be the opportunity for you! In this role, you will oversee end-to-end recruitment for all of our corporate divisions such as HR, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Administration. This includes conducting role briefing meetings with managers, creating engaging job advertisements, proactively sourcing candidates, and guiding offer negotiations, all while following our best practice recruitment processes. A key focus of this role will be championing diversity, equity, and inclusion by embedding inclusive hiring practices at every stage of the recruitment process. Collaboration will be vital as you partner closely with HR colleagues to align recruitment efforts with workforce planning and broader business objectives. As an ambassador for NFU Mutual, you'll ensure every candidate enjoys a positive experience, helping to reinforce our reputation as an employer of choice. This role is based in our Tiddington Head Office, just outside Stratford-Upon-Avon. However, we understand how important a positive work-life balance is, so to help you give your best, we offer great facilities when you want to be in an office environment and support to work up to 80% of your hours from home.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to excel at building strong relationships, fostering collaboration, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You'll work closely with candidates, hiring managers, and the wider HR team, requiring exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills. Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive mindset will be essential as you juggle multiple priorities, respond to shifting recruitment needs, and meet tight deadlines. Attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills are equally important for effectively engaging candidates and conveying information clearly.
