We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team. This role will be pivotal in shaping our talent acquisition and development strategies on a global scale, ensuring we attract, retain, and develop top talent aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Manage the development and implementation of a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy in partnership with HR and global leaders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the People Team and key stakeholders to refresh and implement our talent development strategy to meet organisational needs globally.
  • Communication & Engagement: Effectively communicate and engage with leaders, people managers, and staff on key talent initiatives, collaborating with the Internal Communications & Engagement Team.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Establish metrics to monitor the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in talent management, with a focus on both acquisition and development in a global context.
  • Strong understanding of talent development strategies and best practices.
  • Expertise in managing TA search channels and methods.
  • Strong track record in delivering large-scale talent programs and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess talent acquisition metrics and make informed decisions.
