About the role

Our Recruitment Department is growing and we have a new role available for a Corporate Recruitment Consultant! In this role you will be responsible for our corporate head office vacancies and will have the opportunity to partner with various departments including finance, HR, legal, IT, property, operations, learning & development and more!

You will have the opportunity to build and manage relationships with heads of departments to understand their recruitment needs and source the perfect candidate via job advertisements, headhunting, LinkedIn and other recruitment tools.

The role will involve project work outside of the day to day recruitment such as reviewing & enhancing recruitment materials, gathering & analysing data to produce reports and forecast needs, organising & delivering assessment centres / interview processes and much more.

The opportunity requires a professional and committed individual, you will be involved in all areas of head office, liaising with senior stakeholders and being a first point of contact for recruitment & resourcing needs. You will work in an environment where your voice will be heard, you will have the opportunity to present your own ideas and implement new processes to make positive change.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner and collaborate with hiring managers to clearly define position needs, requirements, preferences, and evaluation criteria
  • Use a wide variety of strategic resources to rapidly identify suitable candidates in a cost-effective manner
  • Provide professional talent acquisition partnering for vacancies allocated and pipelines of identified, screened and engaged candidates
  • Create job adverts that accurately describe the role, the opportunities and the benefits
  • Provide recommendations and best practices to hiring managers offering coaching if required
  • Enhance the candidate experience being an ambassador with candidates and promoting our employer brand
  • Utilize recruitment resourcing tools such as job board partnerships, CV databases, social media and other initiatives to source candidates
  • Oversee the recruitment process by posting vacancies, sifting CVs, screening, arranging interviews, providing feedback, issuing offers and processing new starters
  • Analyse data and create insight reports regarding recruitment activity, recruitment spend and forecasting needs
  • Involvement in interview processes to offer feedback and guidance to support the hiring manager
  • Manage recruitment drives and assessment centers
  • Lead and deliver various head office projects relating to recruitment & resourcing

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience in Finance recruitment
  • Substantial recruitment & headhunting experience
  • Outstanding written, verbal communication and listening skills
  • Action orientated, resourceful, organised with a clear drive for results
  • Proven track record of matching great talent to career opportunities and culture

  • Highly organised and self-sufficient with a keen eye for detail
