The position requires a commitment of 36 hours per week, providing a balanced workload that supports both productivity and well-being. About the role of Temporary Talent Administrator:

In this role, you will be at the heart of the organisation's talent management processes. Your responsibilities will include: Maintaining and updating talent databases. Coordinating recruitment activities. Supporting the HR team with various administrative tasks. Your keen eye for detail and organisational prowess will ensure the smooth operation of talent acquisition and management functions. To excel in this position, candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

Strong organisational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Excellent communication abilities: Proficiency in both written and verbal communication. Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work. Experience in HR or recruitment: Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable. Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite: Familiarity with relevant tools and platforms. What you will LOVE about the role of Temporary Talent Administrator:

Weekly pay at a rate of GBP13.76 per hour. 36 hours working week with a flexible approach. Hybrid work available with a minimum of two days per week in the office. 6-month temporary role.
