What You Can Expect Location – Borehamwood Work type – Permanent Main Responsibilities as a Talent Advisor Manage and promote employee wellbeing and mental health initiatives across the business. Manage and promote employee engagement and site interaction initiatives across the business. Combine creative and innovative approaches to encourage staff retention and engagement. Oversee and manage the launch of a tiered benefits system. Manage disciplinary processes, ER cases, and paperwork to support line managers. Ensure the Employee Handbook and Policies are regularly reviewed and updated. Review and update employment contracts when required. Create and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure standards are followed across the business. Proactively support line managers by recommending best practices in disciplinary and performance-related issues. Ensure consistency in performance-related conversations and processes, such as 1-2-1’s, PIP’s, and Appraisals. Manage and implement the company LMS platform. Organize training opportunities and workshops, strategically rolling out L&D projects. Manage and implement the induction process across the business. Conduct training needs analysis for job roles and assist in raising standards. Create training needs analysis for staff being promoted and undergoing career progression. Promote a culture of continuous professional development across the business. Assist with monthly payroll when needed. Assist with reporting (attrition, absence, etc.), flagging issues, and reporting findings when needed. Participate in ad-hoc projects with the team. Assist with onboarding tasks, including checking right-to-work documents and sending contracts/offer letters. Assist with benefits management, such as cycle-to-work and cashback schemes.
