This is a target driven environment where you will need to be comfortable communicating over the phone and on video calls, building rapport and developing long lasting relationships with your candidates and clients, as well as working as part of a wider team. You will be supported by a highly experienced management team and will have access to our brilliant admin, support and marketing functions. You will also have your own dedicated professional development plan designed to catalyse your learning and enable transparency on how to further develop your career with us. We offer a combination of blended learning approaches based on coaching, external seminars which are supported and underpinned by our own in-house training academy. In addition, our bespoke learning management system offers over 100 contextual training courses to catalyse your learning and progression as a consultant and with it your earnings and success within the business.
