RM (Rhythm Management) division at Boston Scientific is responsible for the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) portfolio and Electrophysiology (EP) portfolio.

Purpose Statement:

The Pricing Specialist RM EMEA supports the division with the development, maintenance, and execution of Pricing Strategies. The role will operate at the EMEA level, supporting country pricing initiatives and deal design upskilling, partnering with cluster Business Unit Directors and local Business Unit Managers. The Pricing Specialist RM EMEA reports to the Pricing Lead RM EMEA. The Pricing Specialist RM EMEA will be part of the RM EMEA C&CE team - Commercial & Customer Engagement (C&CE) Excellence. Location:

hybrid working mode; preferred location Hemel Hempstead hub. Key Responsibilities: Pricing strategy and tactics • Conduct data analysis to understand pricing status quo, where gaps in data exist, act in a proactive way to collect information from other stakeholders e.g. local tender office, marketing and sales team Pricing execution support and tools • Establish forums for monthly review of price and margin metrics and discussion of initiatives • Improve deal design to increase ASPs while supporting topline goals: review price consistency across customers (e.g. price-volume), identify tenders in advance with price increase opportunities, identify product and product mix improvement opportunities, review rebates configuration • Develop local performance-driven customer price guidance and monitor contract volume compliance • Support implementation of new price execution tools in collaboration with the EMEA Pricing Center of Excellence (COE) Price reporting • Preparation of pricing reports for Monthly/Quarterly business reviews incl. preparing the template, conducting deep dive investigation for report interpretation, and drafting insights • Lead the communication, training, and rollout of pricing reports to country organizations Your Profile

• Degree in management, economics, engineering, or related discipline • At least 3 years work experience in Pricing, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations roles, exposure to Medtech industry will be a plus • Deep knowledge and proven expertise in the field of Pricing strategy and execution • Fluency in English is a must, strong written and verbal communication skills. Native or C1 level of additional European languages is a plus • Analytic & strategic mindset, data-savvy, detail-oriented • Capable to communicate complex concepts and findings in a simple and immediate manner • Team player, promoting collaboration and works effectively with others across the organization to achieve goals and uncover opportunities • Ability to influence and challenge sales and marketing leaders on commercial topics with confidence • Tableau proficiency would be a plus Please note –
