At Commify we recognise that our people are our biggest asset; and we are now looking for an experienced Talent Coordinator to join our Talent team. This team supports employer branding, attraction, acquisition, onboarding, engagement and learning & development across 11 countries. Talent Acquisition:

Supporting the recruitment cycle from vacancy approval through to onboarding stage. Partnering with hiring managers to support them throughout the recruitment process. Finding creative and resourceful ways to engage with diverse talent. Maintaining a pipeline of candidates for high growth areas of the business. Ensuring a great candidate and colleague experience throughout the recruitment and selection process. Delivering against key metrics including direct sourcing, cost to hire, and time to hire. Support with social media and external brand activity to promote our employer brand. Providing reporting and data to the HRLT to support the creation of the monthly Talent board pack. Managing the onboarding process for all new starters. Talent Development:

Supporting the Learning & Development team with organising training, setting up learning activities, coordinating engagement activities. Creating communications to support our Learning activities. Supporting with the coordinating and facilitating of our global induction programme. Administration of training records, LMS, assign and deploy eLearning programmes. Monitoring and reporting on metrics (platform use and uptake, KPIs etc.). Learning and engagement diary management. Minimum Requirements:

Experience of operating in a role where customer and/or colleague experience is a critical part of the role. Ability to manage and organise effectively a large volume of activity, with excellent prioritisation skills. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Delivery focused and action-oriented with a completer finisher mindset. Team player with a drive to succeed. Self-motivated with the ability to work proactively on own initiative. Systems expert, ideally in HRIS or CRM. Benefits:
