What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for a driven and experienced professional who can bring a strong track record of staying up-to-date with industry developments, trends, and best practices, ensuring professional growth and relevance. Key to your success will be a deep understanding of compliance requirements and mandatory qualifications within a regulated environment, particularly within the construction sector. You’ll need exceptional organisational skills to juggle priorities and manage tasks effectively, alongside the interpersonal and leadership abilities to inspire and develop a team while building strong relationships across all levels of the organisation. You’ll be familiar with professional development pathways, including apprenticeships and qualifications, and have hands-on experience managing skills platforms, streamlining processes, and introducing automation to enhance efficiency. Your IT system expertise will include rolling out platforms, engaging stakeholders, conducting training, and driving user adoption. Additionally, you’ll have a knack for sourcing training providers, securing funding, and producing well-calibrated, consistent review documentation to support employee development.
