London or Ghent . Position Overview:

The Talent Development and Internal Communication Specialist supports the growth of our Showpadders from onboarding through the various stages of the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the Head of Talent Development and Internal Communications, they also collaborate on the efficient and effective dissemination of company information via a variety of channels. Key Responsibilities: Program management to support all learning and training programs. Prepare training materials and onboarding procedures, coordinate new hire orientation/onboarding. Facilitate new hire onboarding, and other training sessions as needed. Manage the internal training platform (Showpad University) and create E-learning content on the platform. Prepare comprehensive training analysis including training metrics including, but not limited to, course evaluations and learner participation, data and trends to recommend program changes. Work to keep Talent Development systems simple by building processes that allow us to scale. Continually looks to refine and enhance training opportunities to increase outcomes and participate in engagement. Assist in crafting clear and compelling communication materials. Adapt existing content to fit different audiences and communication channels, ensuring consistency and tone alignment. Contribute creative ideas to enhance communication deliverables, focusing on clarity and impact. Design and execute communication plans to meet objectives and timelines. Conduct research to inform communication strategies, providing insights and recommendations. Minimum Requirements: 2-3 years of relevant experience within a fast-paced organization. Passionate about people development with previous experience in HR i.e: talent and learning development, talent management, HR project management or similar roles. Learning design experience and creation of e-learning resources. Experience facilitating training sessions and/or meetings, both virtually and/or in-person. Working with learning management systems (LMS). Analytical thinking and data storytelling with a solution-finding approach. Planning and organization skills including time management, workback schedule and detail focus. Clear and concise in written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work with a distributed team in a remote/hybrid setup. Team player with a proactive, enthusiastic attitude that works cooperatively and effectively to accomplish a common goal.
