Now imagine how it would feel working on a full time basis in a flexible hybrid model.As the one of the Talent Development Partners at Southern Water you will be responsible for a range of talent development activities including training delivery, E learning, coaching/mentoring, Strategic Talent Review implementation and talent development project delivery. You will be working within the Talent Development function, taking charge of leadership and management development, including learning needs analysis, partnering with the business, coaching, and designing and delivering content. You will be working in collaboration with whole host of people from HR People Partners to the internal communications teams giving you the exposure of different areas of the business to keep things interesting! You really will get to stamp your mark and shape the role yourself.You will help transform manager capability across Southern Water by partnering with the business, sharing best practice and insights, as well as supporting all managers to have development plans.This opportunity does require a level of multitasking and reporting, and you will need to attend some conferences and meetings so you will need a driver’s licence and your own transport. You’ll be part of a fun and lively team who like to achieve together in a trusting environment, no micromanaging here!
