Why This Role Is Valuable: The Talent Development Specialist is responsible for leading on: Supporting the design and delivery of core programmes to develop leaders and managers and to work with HRBPs to ensure that development needs are met for colleagues across the business. Design and deliver appropriate people leadership and team development interventions, including contribution to the ‘Ornua People Leadership’ suite and ‘Managing Matters’ programmes both in English and Spanish. Work effectively with People Services to ensure effective use of the LMS for both colleagues and managers. Maintain records of training and learning activity utilising Success Factors and other LMS systems in place and provide meaningful reporting to help assess ROI. Partner with leaders to source appropriate solutions to development needs and evaluate effectiveness following use. Liaise with external providers and vendors regarding the delivery of agreed development solutions and programmes. Contribute to the testing and adoption of new learning technologies to enhance delivery and accessibility. Support the Talent Development Lead in all aspects of succession planning, talent development and delivery. Model the Ornua Values and behaviours in everything you do. What You Bring To The Role: Fluent in written and spoken Spanish, with an ability to design and deliver training in Spanish Ability to manage a learning and development project from inception through to delivery and evaluation Expertise in design and delivery of Talent Development activities in: Leadership and team development Facilitation and training delivery Strong relationship building skills, with the ability to quickly interpret key stakeholders needs and convert them into achievable and timely solutions. Willingness to travel to all sites in UK and Spain as required Ability to manage own workload and delivery of objectives Our interview process is designed to be thorough yet supportive.
