Candidate fit

• The ideal candidate is someone who has worked in technology/ FinTech role with in-house experience – min. 5 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results and being able to collaborate as part of a team.
• You are able to source passive candidates via multiple channels.
